Chinese Chamber Regulations

The Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce ("SwissCham") is an organization established in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. The Chamber has its registered office at 20th Floor, Star City Tower C, 10 Jiuxianqiao Road, Beijing 100016, China. The Chamber has so far three Chapters: Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai. In accordance with Article 7 Section E of its Articles of Association, the Chamber has decided to create SwissCham China, and it issues the following Regional Bylaws for such Chamber:

  • Foreign Chambers Regulations [cn]


  • SwissCham China Regulations

    The Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce ("SwissCham") is an organization established in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
    The Chamber has its registered office at 20th Floor, Star City Tower C, 10 Jiuxianqiao Road, Beijing 100016, China. In accordance with Article 7 Section E of its Articles of Association, the Chamber has decided to create SwissCham Beijing, and it issues the following Regional Bylaws for such Chamber:

  • National Articles of Association of SwissCham China [en]


  • SwissCham Shanghai Regulations

    SwissCham national rules include the National Articles of Association and the National Bylaws. The latter detail the former. Regional rules include the Regional Bylaws. It is accepted that in case of silence of the Regional Rules, the National Rules apply. Finally, the decisions by which the Regional BOD implements the Rules are recorded in Minutes of the BOD Meetings. They also form part of SwissCham Rules at large.
